Description
The patented synthetic-polymer lead-free core is perfectly married to the proprietary hollow-point jacket, producing outstanding terminal ballistic performance when it matters most. Hyper-velocity is defined as 2X the velocity of standard lead rounds. For example, the SIMX 9MM DefenseCore round has a velocity of 2,250fps versus 1,200fps in most 9MM defense rounds. This SUBMASS™ round produces, on average, 40% less recoil than similar ammunition. The 9mm, 40S&W, and 45ACP each offer a market best 500+ foot pounds of energy at the muzzle. SIMX rounds are designed to reduce collateral damage and maximize energy transfer within the intended target.
